The organizer provides free accommodation for the participants for the duration of their actual participation in the competition. Participants will be accommodated in single rooms in hotels within reasonable walking distance of the Competition venues. Hotel rooms will be made available to participants the day before the start of Round I of each section of the Competition in which they participate and will be available to them as long as they are active participants in the Competition. After the announcement of the results of each stage, if a participant is not advanced to the next stage, he/she must vacate the room offered to him/her by the check-out time of the unit where he/she has been accommodated at the latest on the next day. Participants are able to extend the reservation of the room they were assigned to at their own expense in case they don't advance further. The organizer will not provide free accommodation for participants who live in Bucharest or in the neighbouring towns, up to a distance of 50 kilometres.
